Winter Palace

This center hall Creole Cottage was built by Seraphim Maspereau in the 1860's, and completely renovated from 2012-2015.  It consists of four bedrooms, with three full  baths and two half baths.  It has all new electric service, with central heat and air in all bedrooms, with space heater downstairs in kitchen, parlor, and living room.  There is

Hacienda Maision

This beautiful Victorian styled mansion was originally built in the
1880's, and completely renovated in 2014.  It consists of five
bedrooms, three and a half baths.  New plumbing, new central heat and
air, and new electrical service.  The house is outfitted with a great
mix of period and contemporary furnishings.  We are open to being used
as a film location, or as housing for cast and/or crew.  Linking to
